Aviv Alush
Avraham Aviv Alush ( Hebrew אברהם אביב אלוש, born June 12, 1982 in Kirjat Bialik ) is an Israeli film actor , singer and model .
Life
Alush was born in Kirjat Bialik and grew up in Karmi'el . He is of Tunisian - Jewish descent. In 2012 he played Ran Denker in the television series The Gordin Cell . In 2013 he appeared alongside Rotem Sela in Beauty and the Baker .
In Israel, the series received positive reviews from the Haaretz newspaper . Before Alush appeared in the film The Hut: A Weekend With God , he had only appeared in Israeli films and on television. With this film he is also the first Israeli actor to play Jesus in an English language film.
The Israeli also appeared as a stage actor and was seen in the Habima Theater production of Hazardous Liaisons in 2016. Before that, he was part of the theater production The Merchant of Venice in 2012 , in which he played Gratiano .
