Alwin Mittasch Prize
The Alwin Mittasch Prize of DECHEMA (German Society for Chemical Technology and Biotechnology) is a prize for research on catalysts . It is named after Alwin Mittasch and has been awarded since 1990. It was initially called the Alwin Mittasch Medal and was awarded for heterogeneous catalysis ; since 2006 it has been awarded under its current name for the entire field of catalysis.
