Amédée Louis Michel Le Peletier, comte de Saint-Fargeau , often also written Lepeletier , (born October 9, 1770 in Paris , †  August 23, 1845 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye ) was a French entomologist .

Le Peletier was the half-brother of Louis-Michel Le Peletier de Saint-Fargeau (1760-1793) and the brother of Félix Lepeletier (1767-1837).

He showed a keen interest in hymenoptera (Hymenoptera). From 1832 Le Peletier was archivist at the Société entomologique de France , the Entomological Society of France, to whose president he was elected the following year. He held this office until the end of his life.
