Am Dyckershof 3 (Korschenbroich)
The half-timbered yard facility Am Dyckershof 3 is located in the Pesch district in Korschenbroich in the Rhine district of Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The building was built in the 18th century and entered under No. 153 on May 3, 1989 in the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich .
architecture
The monument is a former four-wing half-timbered courtyard from the 18th century. The residential building has a single storey, in non-solid axes . The gable side is plastered in the lower part and clad in slate in the upper part . A barn wing is inscribed in a beam and dated to 1856. The other barn doors are older.
The monument is of great historical importance; Conservation is necessary for ethnological and urban planning reasons.
