The half-timbered house Am Haus Lütz 49 is in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ) in the Bettrath-Hoven district . It was built in the early 18th century. The house was entered under No. A 006 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
It is a two-story half - timbered house on the square side with a crooked hip roof , as well as a staggered massive extension with a gable roof and a single-storey shed extension . On the garden side a low eaves guide , so that there is a single storey there. The window arrangement is mostly original in small parts, but some have also been changed and with enlarged openings.
