At the War Memorial 34
The property at Am Kriegermal 34 is a listed building that was built as a mill in the Wuppertal district of Beyenburg . It is one of the oldest buildings in the district, which were built outside the original settlement core on the Beyenberg at the Steinhaus monastery . On April 22, 1993 it was recognized as a monument.
The two-storey building made of quarry stone is equipped with a protruding gable roof . Based on historical maps, the year of construction can be assumed to be before 1867. At the end of the 19th century it was converted into a residential building and expanded in 1912.
