The house Am Markt 9 is in the district of Song Mountain in Korschenbroich in Rhein-Kreis Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The building was built in the 18th century and entered the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich under no. 118 on June 4, 1987 .
architecture
The monument is the former electoral forester's house from the 18th century. The house is two-storey and partly consists of half-timbering , but has been heavily modified. In the courtyard side only the gate and the rear wall of the old building are preserved. The building “Am Markt 9” is part of the listed ensemble of the old historical market. Liedberg and in particular the old market that still exists are of local significance for the history of the town of Korschenbroich.
