Amalie Bruun (born January 6, 1985 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish musician and actress .

Career

Bruun plays the piano, guitar, nyckelharpa and electric bass. For her first album she worked with her father Michael Bruun. In 2008 she composed the theme song for the reality show Paradise Hotel . She released two albums with her band Ex Cops before the band split up in 2015.

In 2014 it became known that Bruun is the person behind the black metal project Myrkur . Myrkur is under contract with Relapse Records .

As an actress, Bruun worked in a commercial and in the music video Jack Sparrow for the band The Lonely Island .
