Amenemwia

Amenemwia ( Jmnw-m-wj3 ) was a senior ancient Egyptian official with the title of Mayor of Heliopolis ( Ḥ3tj-ˁ-n-Jwnw ). He officiated under Merenptah . Amenemwia is known from a statue and a stele . The stele is probably his grave stele, which was reused in a grave from the late period . He also held the title of Domain Administrator of Atum and Head of Work in the Domain of Iusaas . Iusaas is the ancient name of a district of Heliopolis.
