The American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy , abbreviated Am. J. Health Syst. Pharm. , Is a scientific journal published by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists . The magazine was founded in 1943 under the name The Bulletin . In 1958 the name was changed to the American Journal of Hospital Pharmacy . In 1994 it was merged with the journal Clinical Pharmacy (founded 1981) and in 1995 the name was changed to the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy .
