Amguid (crater)

Amguid is the name of a proven impact crater in Algeria in the province of Tamanrasset .
The crater has a diameter of 450 m and is located about 250 km southeast of In Salah and 300 km north of the city of Tamanrasset in the Algerian Sahara .
The age of the crater is estimated to be around 100,000 years .
