Amina Al Rustamani ( Arabic أمينة الرستماني, DMG Amīna ar-Rustamānī ) is a manager from the United Arab Emirates . Until February 2018 she was Group CEO of the TECOM Group , a corporate and investment group with 86,000 employees in the Emirate of Dubai and was repeatedly one of the ten most influential women in the Arab world.

Rustamani studied electrical engineering at George Washington University in Washington, DC, where she received her bachelor's degree in 1993 and her master's degree and engineering degree in 1996 . She received her doctorate in 2001 and then joined TECOM Investments (now TECOM Group).
