Amira Demirkiran

Amira Demirkiran (* 2001 in Berlin ) is a German theater and film actress .

Life

Demirkiran grew up bilingually and speaks German and Russian as mother tongues . From 2008 to 2011 she attended the Stagecoach drama school and the GOLDONI theater school since 2016. During her time at the Stagecoach drama school she was part of the ensemble of the voles . From 2012 to 2014 she appeared on the stages of the Young Ensemble Friedrichstadt-Palast. In 2017 she had a stage role in the Charlottenburg Theater.

Demirkiran's first film role was in Ava in 2016 . In 2019 she had a major supporting role in the crime scene The Afterlife . After appearances in individual episodes of German television series and comedy series, she had one of the leading roles in the German television film Barefoot Through Australia in 2020 alongside Anneke Kim Sarnau and the Australian Aaron Pedersen .
