District court Jestetten

The Jestetten District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Jestetten in the Grand Duchy of Baden . At first it belonged to the district of the court court of the Upper Rhine district , later of the district court Waldshut .

history

The Jestetten District Court was founded in 1857 as part of the separation of jurisdiction and administration in Baden during the state reorganization after the revolution of 1848/49. The court of the Upper Rhine District in Mannheim was superordinate to the court . In 1864 the Waldshut District Court took the position of the higher court. In 1872 the Jestetten District Court was repealed and the Waldshut District Court took over its district.
