The district court of Zehlendorf (initially: District Court of Zehlendorf ) was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Berlin from 1945 to 1973 .

After the Second World War , the court organization in Berlin was reorganized at short notice. The Soviet occupying power set up a district court in every district of Berlin. The Zehlendorf District Court was created for the Zehlendorf district. The district courts were later named district court.

The court had its seat at Argentinische Allee 4 and Sven-Hedin-Straße 1.

At its 12th meeting on September 27, 1945 , the Allied Command decided on the judicial structure of the occupied city. One returned to the traditional division with three instances. Twelve district courts were formed again. Only two of the newly formed local courts remained. These were the Tiergarten District Court and the Zehlendorf District Court.

With the law on the amalgamation of the district courts of Lichterfelde, Schöneberg and Zehlendorf of July 13, 1973, the district courts of Lichterfelde and Zehlendorf were repealed. The court district came to the Schöneberg District Court .
