Aníbal Abreu

Aníbal Abreu (born December 14, 1928 in Caracas ) is a Venezuelan pianist , arranger and composer .

Abreu began his professional career at the age of seventeen as a piano accompanist for broadcasts in the early days of radio in Venezuela. He then worked as a pianist and orchestra leader for the television station RCTV and performed with Renny Ottolina . After all, he worked for Venevisión for 26 years . As a composer, he was best known for jingles . As a member of the Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de Venezuela (SACVEN), he campaigned for the observance of copyrights.
