To Hae Sook

An Hae Sook (born August 7, 1961 ) is a former South Korean table tennis player with the greatest success in the 1980s. She won bronze doubles and silver with the team at the 1981 World Cup .

Career

An Hae Sook was nominated for the 1981 and 1983 world championships . In 1981 she reached the final in a team competition, in doubles with Hwang Nam Sook she made it to the semi-finals. Also at the Asian Games in 1982 she won silver with the Korean team. After winning the International Championship of Wales in 1981, she won the International German Championships in Kiel in early 1982 , which took place without Chinese, both in singles (before Olga Nemes ) and in doubles with Hwang Nam Sook. In the ITTF world rankings , she was ranked seventh in early 1981.

In 1991 An Hae Sook was signed by the German Bundesliga club FC Langweid , where she also made an outstanding contribution to promoting young talent. In 1994 she moved to TSV Röthenbach , with whose women's team she was promoted to the 1st Bundesliga at the end of the 1994/95 season.
