Andrés Barboza , full name Edward Andrés Barboza Cubilla , (born July 23, 1994 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.79 meter tall midfielder Barboza played his first league game for Club Atlético Cerro in the Primera División in the 2011/12 season under coach Gabriel Camacho on May 28, 2012 in the 2-0 defeat by Bella Vista . He was in the starting line-up. Also in the 2014/15 season he was included in the squad of the first division team Cerros. Another competitive game was not recorded for him until the end of the season. In the 2015/16 season he played 20 top division games (no goal). During the 2016 season he was used ten times (no goal) in the league.
