Andrea Laura Barber (born July 3, 1976 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress .

Life

From 1982 to 1986 Barber played the role of Carrie Brady in the TV soap Zeit der Sehnsucht . In 1985 she played Jennifer in the movie Don't Forget Love and in 1986 in The Leftovers Zoey . In 2000 she played Tilly Curtis in The Skateboard Kid II . Guest appearances she had in 1985 as Cathy Marano in the history hot I Sarah ( If She Dies ) subsequently 1:05 of the television series The Twilight Zone ( The Twilight Zone ) and 1990 as Rhonda Green in the wake 6:05 A Few Good Men ( Ben's Sure Thing ) the television series Our noisy home ( Growing Pains ). From 1987 to 1995 she played the annoyance Kimmy Gibbler , DJ Tanner's best friend, in Full House . In the series, she often wore flashy clothes and often messed with her best friend's father, Danny Tanner , played by Bob Saget . In the follow-up series Fuller House , Barber resumed this role as one of the main characters from 2015 to 2019.

Andrea Barber was married to Jeremy Rytky from 2002 until her divorce in 2014, with whom she has two children. Barber holds a Masters in Women's Studies from the University of York , England .
