Bob Saget
Robert "Bob" Lane Saget (born May 17, 1956 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is an American actor , film director , screenwriter , film producer , stand-up comedian and presenter .
Life
He was best known for his role as a single family man in the comedy series Full House , in which he appeared from 1987 to 1995. From 1989 to 1997, Saget hosted the popular America's Funniest Home Videos series . Most recently, he appeared as a guest in A Crazy Day in New York in 2004 and in The Aristocrats in 2005 . He also played a fictional version of himself in the series Entourage in 2005, 2009 and 2010. From 2005 to 2014 he was also the narrator (as the voice of Ted Mosby in 2030) of the framework story in the successful CBS comedy series How I Met Your Mother .
From 2006 to 2008 Saget hosted the game show 1 vs. 100 , the American version of the television program One against 100 , on the American television network NBC . From 2016 to 2020 he was seen in his role as Danny Tanner in the Reboot Fuller House as a supporting character.
Saget also appears as a stand-up comedian . Saget was married from 1982 to 1997 and has three daughters. He has been married to Kelly Rizzo since October 30, 2018.
