Reviews
David Kronke wrote in the Los Angeles Times on June 15, 1998 that the comedy “depersonalized” numerous characters, which had something subversive and brutalizing about it. The film offers more "groans" than laughter; the gags are largely uninspired. The visual quality corresponds to a film published directly on video.
The lexicon of international films described the film as "a completely pointless comedy that is exhausted in" cool "sayings and adolescent jokes and is barely entertaining.
The magazine TV Spielfilm 7/2008 wrote that the film was "not worth mentioning despite guest stars like Chevy Chase, Adam Sandler and John Goodman".
