Andrea Zorzi (born July 29, 1965 in Noale ) is a former Italian volleyball player .

Career

Andrea Zorzi began his career in 1981 in Trebaseleghe with ASD Silvolley and played for the second division Thermomec Padua from 1982 to 1985 . Then the diagonal attacker played for thirteen years in the "Serie A1" at the top clubs Maxicono Parma , Mediolanum Milan , Sisley Treviso and Lube Macerata . During this time he was twice Italian champion, twice Italian cup winner, four times European cup winner , once Champions League winner and three times club world champion .

Andrea Zorzi played 325 times for the Italian national team from 1986 to 1998 . He took part in three Olympic tournaments and won several world and European championships, as well as the world league and world cup.
