Andreas Bergmann (lawyer)

Andreas Bergmann (born December 1973 in Saarbrücken ) is a German lawyer and professor at the Hagen Open University .

Life

After completing his doctorate in 2002 at the University of Saarbrücken as Dr. iur. with Michael Martinek and his habilitation in Saarbrücken in 2009, he has been teaching since 2011 as a professor for civil law, history of private law and commercial and corporate law in Hagen .

His main research interests are civil law, commercial law, partnership law, distribution law and the history of private law.
