Andreas Fellhauer (born September 16, 1971 ) is a former German soccer player and today's coach .

Career as a player

Andreas Fellhauer began playing club football at the Mannheim district club SpVgg Sandhofen . Fellhauer came to SV Waldhof Mannheim as a youth through VfR Mannheim in 1988 and was able to record his first appearances in the professional team ( Bundesliga ) in the 1989/90 season . He made his first division debut at the age of 18 on May 1, 1990 in a game against 1. FC Köln (0: 6). The season ended with relegation to the second division. From the 1991/92 season Fellhauer was used regularly. The return to the Bundesliga was never achieved. In 1994 he went back to VfR Mannheim, which competed in the Regionalliga Süd. There he was a fixture for four years before he moved to 1. FC Saarbrücken (Regionalliga West / Südwest). In the Saarland, he only made three league appearances due to injury and then ended his higher-class career. From 2000 he was active for the second team of Saarbrücken and then played for amateur clubs such as FC Kleinbittersdorf and SG Ensheim.

As a player for SV Waldhof, Fellhauer made two appearances in the U-21 national team in 1992 .
