Andreas Grube

Andreas Grube (born September 30, 1970 in Erlangen ) is a German lawyer and a judge at the Federal Court of Justice since 2016 .

Life

Grube completed his legal training at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and joined the higher judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg in 2002. Initially, he worked in the area of ​​the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court, including as a public prosecutor at the Stuttgart public prosecutor's office. After a secondment to the Ministry of Justice of Baden-Württemberg, where he last worked as a government director, Grube was a member of the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court from December 2010 , and on July 13, 2012 he was promoted to judge at the Higher Regional Court. In November 2016, Grube Richter was assigned to the Federal Court of Justice and the 2nd Criminal Senate there.
