Andreas Hamann

Andreas Hamann (born May 14, 1904 in Ockholm , Husum district ; † May 7, 1964 in Oldenburg ) was a German specialist lawyer for administrative law in Oldenburg and the author of several legal specialist books.

Life

After studying law at the University of Kiel and receiving his doctorate in 1932 at the University of Hamburg , Andreas Hamann worked as a lawyer and notary. Hamann joined the NSDAP ( membership number 777.557), local group Hohenwestedt on December 1, 1931 , and the SA on September 2, 1932. In 1934 he moved to Siegen, where he was presiding judge of the Siegen-Land district court and SA storm leader. In 1934/35 he moved to Oldenburg, presumably because of party court proceedings (discontinued in 1937). In the 1950s he was also a lecturer at the University of Social Sciences in Wilhelmshaven .

He is the father of Andreas Hamann jr.
