Andreas Schwantge

Andreas Schwantge (* 1953 in Halle (Saale) ) is a German evangelist and author of Christian literature, especially for children and young people .

life and career

Schwantge grew up in Nuremberg. He attended secondary school and was trained as an evangelist at the German branch of the Missionswerk Open Air Campaigners (OAC) , with whom he stayed for 15 years. Since 1991 he has worked as a travel secretary for the Bible Reading Association .

At the age of about 30, Andreas Schwantge wrote his first book, Unter Sklavenhändlern , which was published by Hänssler Verlag in 1982 . In the meantime, 19 books have been published, some of which have been implemented as radio plays, comics or films.
