Andreas Wagner (politician, 1972)
Andreas Wagner (born April 16, 1972 in Bad Tölz ) is a German curative educator and politician ( Die Linke , formerly WASG ).
Life
Wagner completed secondary school and trained as a toolmaker, and later as a curative nurse .
Wagner lives in Geretsried and has two sons and a daughter.
Political career and positions
Wagner has been a union member since 1989 and is currently on the state board of GEW Bavaria. In 2005 Wagner joined the WASG , in 2007 (after the merger of the WASG with the PDS) he joined Die Linke . Wagner names a peace and disarmament policy as well as a policy of social justice including a departure from Hartz IV as political convictions.
In 2017, Wagner entered the Bundestag for the first time via the state list . He is chairman of the committee for transport and digital infrastructure and a deputy member of the committee for health .
