Andrzej Mleczko
Andrzej Mleczko (born January 5, 1949 in Tarnobrzeg ) is a Polish graphic artist and political-satirical cartoonist .
Mleczko studied in Krakow original architecture and debuted in 1971 as a satirical draftsman in the student magazine Student . Since then, Mleczko has mainly dealt with satirical drawings and created over 20,000 drawings that have been published in numerous national and international magazines. His works have been published in numerous books and albums.
More than 100 exhibitions at home and abroad presented his drawings. In 1983 he opened his first author's gallery in Krakow, which now not only sells his drawings and books, but also various products such as T-shirts and coffee cups with motifs from his work. In 2002 another gallery was opened in Warsaw . For years he has been commenting on political and social events in Poland with his drawings in the weekly political magazine Polityka .
