Angel's Feather ( Jap. エンジェルズフェザー, Enjeruzu Feza ) is a Japanese eroge - RPG / - Ren'ai adventure from 2005. It was in 2006 as original video animation implemented. While the game, depending on the version, contains more or less explicit erotic representations and can thus be partly assigned to the Yaoi , the anime is limited to romantic scenes and thus belongs to the genre Shōnen-Ai .

Shō Hamura ( 羽 村 翔 ), a good kendo fighter, goes to a private school for boys. There is also said to be his younger brother Kai Misonō ( 御 soll 生 櫂 ), from whom he has been separated since they were both adopted. When he finally finds him, Kai argues from knowing Sho. While Shō tries to awaken Kai's memories of him, he meets his old friend Naoto Aoki and new friends and soon also a mysterious power that slumbers in him. Everyone else at the school also has special skills. This and the fate of Shōs and Kais is related to a magical world called Winfield.

Production and publication

The game was developed by the BlueImpact studio and published by Studio e.go! released for PC on April 25, 2003. On March 11, 2004, a version defused by sex scenes followed for the PlayStation 2 and on April 28, 2005 a new edition for the PC on DVD. The character design comes from Kazue Yamamoto .

Anime adaptation

Studio Venet produced an anime adaptation of the game in 2006 , directed by Yasuhiro Kuroda . Akiko Horii wrote the script and Ryotarou Akao did the character design . The two 30-minute episodes were released as original video animation , the first on April 28, 2006 and the second on May 26, 2006.

AnimeWorks released an English version of the anime.

The opening credits of the anime were underlaid with the song Rock Star by Kakihara Tetsuya and Hatano Wataru, while Last Song by Ishikawa Hideo and Suzuki Chihiro was used for the credits . Makoto Tokuchi was responsible for the background music for the OVA.
