Hikaru Midorikawa ( Japanese 緑 川 光 , Midorikawa Hikaru , born May 2, 1968 in Ōtawara , Tochigi Prefecture , Japan ) is a Japanese voice actor ( seiyū ) and singer . He belongs to the Aoni Production agency .
