Life

Angel was born on December 30, 1969 in Barcelona. On the advice of a teacher, Angel began drawing more intensively at the age of 13 and was soon taking private lessons. At the age of 19 he was a full-time artist himself .

He tried a lot of different things, he already drew erotic themes and in 1991/2 he had a comic strip called "Flip and Flop" . He also gained experience in the field of advertising and TV animation and drew for Comicup for the German magazine KNAX . Then he started with illustrations for Disney children's books and quickly saw it as a particular challenge. From 1993 he drew Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse stories for the French "Journal de Mickey", which he still does today.

style

As a character, Angel likes Donald Duck better, but he likes Mickey Mouse better for drawing. He also prefers to draw adventurous comics, for example with castles and knights or animals , for him drawing is “work and relaxation at the same time”. Today he draws Disney comics and illustrates, for example, for Winnie the Pooh .
