Angela Schorr

Angela Schorr (* 1954 ) is a German psychologist and psychological psychotherapist .

After graduating from high school in Cologne-Chorweiler in 1973, she studied psychology at the Universities of Cologne and Munich (diploma 1978). Research stays in the USA and Great Britain followed. With a scholarship from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation , she was awarded a Dr. phil. PhD .

She then got a job as an academic advisor at the University of Eichstätt . In 1992 she qualified as a professor , represented chairs in Munich and Düsseldorf and was appointed associate professor in Eichstätt in 1997 . In 2000 she was offered a position at the University of Siegen , where she has since focused on media psychology and educational psychology .
