Angie Lau (born February 24, 1973 in Hong Kong ) is a Chinese journalist and spokeswoman, as well as the founder and editor-in-chief of Forkast.News , an Asia-based digital media platform that reports on new technologies. Before founding Forkast.News , Lau hosted the Bloomberg TV flagship morning show First Up with Angie Lau for four years , which is broadcast worldwide from Hong Kong.

She studied journalism at Ryerson University in Canada.
