Ania Bukstein
Ania Bukstein ( Hebrew אניה בוקשטיין; * June 7, 1982 in Moscow ) is an Israeli actress .
Life and accomplishments
Bukstein made her debut as a child in the Israeli drama Eretz Chadascha from 1994. Her next film, the Israeli drama Matana miSchamajim (2003), was nominated for a total of eleven awards from the Israeli Film Academy , including for Best Picture . For her role in the comedy Schwartz Dynasty (2005), Bukstein was nominated for the Award of the Israeli Film Academy .
In the film drama The Secrets (2007), Bukstein played the daughter of an Orthodox rabbi alongside Fanny Ardant , who entered into a lesbian relationship with another girl. This role brought her in 2007, a nomination for the Award of the Israeli Film Academy in the category Best Actress .
