Anicetas Lupeika
Anicetas Lupeika (born October 14, 1936 in Mažeikiai ) is a Lithuanian local politician and former mayor of the Akmenė district . He is an honorary citizen of the Rajongemeinde.
Life
In 1955 Lupeika graduated from the Lithuanian Maritime University in Klaipėda as a technician . From 1990 to 2011 he was a member of the municipal council and from 1995 to 2008 mayor of Akmenė district. He was a member of the CPSU and of Lietuvių tautininkų sąjunga .
Lupeika is married and has eight children.
