Anna-Maria Piontek

Anna-Maria Piontek (born September 19, 1921 in Rostock ; † unknown) was a German politician ( CDU ). From 1948 to 1950 she was a member of the Mecklenburg State Parliament, later a women's officer in the CDU party leadership and from March 1953 district secretary in Pankow-Berlin .

Life

Anna-Maria Piontek became a member of the CDU in Stralsund in 1945 or 1946 , where her mother ran a bakery. From 1946 Piontek worked for the Stralsund city administration, first in the industry and economy department, then from 1947 at the registry office. In 1948 she moved up for Annemarie von Harlem in the Mecklenburg state parliament. After the party purge in spring 1950, Piontek was appointed as a women's officer in the CDU party leadership. The party leadership was dissatisfied with the young functionary and dismissed her in 1951. She took up an activity in the people's solidarity, but in March 1953 she returned to the CDU as district secretary in Pankow.
