Anna von Kuedorf
Anna von Kuedorf († May 5, 1576 ) was a Bavarian Cistercian .
She was abbess of the Seligenporten monastery from 1549 to 1576 . In 1550 she had to adopt the Palatinate Protestant church order. After her death in 1576, the monastery became the property of the sovereign.
Her grave is on the north wall of the monastery church in Seligenporten. The relief shows the deceased in the kukulla (= cowl ) praying. The inscription reads:
- Anno dni 1576 on the 5th day of the month of May the noble Erwierdig died in got anna von Kudorff Eptasin zv der selign porten who got genedig.
