Anne Patzwald

Anne Patzwald (born July 2, 1989 in Wilhelm-Pieck-Stadt Guben ) is a German wheelchair basketball player . She currently plays for the BG Baskets Hamburg in the wheelchair basketball Bundesliga and in the German women's national team .

Patzwald took part in the Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro in 2016 and won a silver medal there with the German team. For this she was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf by Federal President Joachim Gauck together with the German wheelchair basketball team .
