Anne Veski

Anne Veski ( Russian Анне Вески ) (born February 27, 1956 in Rapla , Estonian SSR as Anne Vaarmann) is an Estonian pop singer who also sings in Russian .

Anne Veski became famous in the late 1970s, especially in Estonia and other republics of the Soviet Union , in Finland and in Poland . Her first appearance outside of Estonia was in Poland.

On November 4, 2011, Anne Veski received the Russian Order of Friendship from Dmitri Medvedev for her services in promoting friendship, cooperation and cultural relations with Russia.
