The main road C39 (also MR39 ) is - next to the national road B2 - one of the most important connecting roads between central Namibia and the south Atlantic coast . The C39 crosses the west of the country from Torra Bay in the west via Khorixas and Outjo to Otavi , where it meets the B1 national road .
