The main road C38 ( English : Main Road C38 ) is a main road in Namibia . It opens up the Etosha National Park in the south near Okaukuejo and in the east near Namutoni . In the south, the C38 extends to Otjiwarongo , where it connects to the B1, in the east it also connects to the B1 near the village of Oshivelo .
