The Roads Authority ( RA ; in German as much as road authority ) is the state institution in Namibia that is subordinate to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and is responsible for the construction and maintenance of roads .
The physical construction and maintenance of the roads in Namibia is carried out by Roads Contractor Company, which is also state-owned .
The authority is led by Conrad Mutonga Lutombi.
