The main road C46 , now also MR 92 ( English Main Road 92 ) runs in the far north of Namibia. It leads from Ondangwa on the B1 national road westwards via Ongwediva , Oshakati , Oshikuku , Ogongo and Outapi to Ruacana on the border with Angola .

The C46 is paved throughout and has four lanes between Oshakati and Ongwediva .
