Annemie Mann

Annemie Mann is a German table tennis player . She took part in the 1959 World Cup.

Annemie Mann played in the Oberliga team of Eintracht Frankfurt , with which she won the German championship six times, namely in the seasons 1951/52, 1952/53, 1955/56, 1956/57, 1957/58 and 1958/59. For these successes, the team was awarded the silver bay leaf in 1957.

At the Hessian championships she won four titles, namely in 1957 in a mixed with Werner Haupt and from 1958 to 1960 three times in a row in doubles with Hannelore Schlaf .

In 1959, Mann was nominated for the individual competitions of the World Cup in Dortmund. Here she was defeated in the first round against Marian Krom-Perton (Netherlands). The doubles with Edith Steinke came through a victory over Maria Ignacia Hospital / Alicia Guri (Spain) in the second round, where it was eliminated against the later bronze medalists Ann Haydon-Jones / Diane Rowe (England). The mixed with Otmar Stock was defeated by the Japanese couple Seiji Narita / Kazuko Yamaizumi .

Annemie Mann has been married since the 1950s.
