Annette Guckelberger

Annette Guckelberger (* 1968 ) is a German law scholar and professor at Saarland University .

Guckelberger studied law at the University of Tübingen and the Swiss University of Friborg . In 1994 she passed her first state examination. In 1996, she was at the University of Tübingen with a dissertation on the subject of advance effect of laws in the scope of management - A comparative study of the German and Swiss law doctorate . After passing the second state examination in 1997, she initially worked as a research assistant at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer , where she qualified as a professor in 2003 on the subject of the limitation period in public law . After replacing a professor at Saarland University in 2006, she became a full professor there that same year. She is the holder of the chair for public law.
