Annette Neubauer

Annette Neubauer (born April 12, 1963 in Düsseldorf ) is a German children's book author. She has lived in Cologne since the spring of 2009.

biography

After completing his studies in Bonn, Neubauer worked for a few years as an employee. Dissatisfied with her professional situation, she took additional training and taught children with dyslexia in Gütersloh for almost 10 years .

Neubauer came to write because she found the existing teaching materials to be inadequate. She published her first own learning series at KOSMOS Verlag. Since August 2009 she has given up teaching and lives as a freelance children's book author. Many of her books have been translated.
