Annik Plamondon (born April 7, 1983 in Longueuil , Québec ) is a Canadian short tracker .

Plamondon started for the first time in 2002 at the CODA Invitational on an international short track level. After she had become eighth at the Canadian Championships over 500 meters just a year later and had triumphed twice at the Canadian Games, she was eleventh in the national rankings at the end of the 2002/03 season. Although she could not hold this position in the following winter, the association nominated her in February 2005 together with the relay for the Short Track World Cup in Slovakia. There she achieved second place straight away, but for a few years no further appearances in the highest competition series on the short track followed. As a double winner at the Alta Valtellina Trophy 2006, the Canadian returned to the international class, and with seventh place she achieved her best result in the Canadian rankings.

The 2006/07 season was very successful for Plamondon. At the two World Cup stations in Canada, which took place in Saguenay and Montréal , she achieved good results both on the individual routes and in the relay. While she managed sixth place over 500 meters, she even managed to win in Montréal with the relay after the bronze medal in Saguenay. Also in the team, she won the bronze medal at the 2007 World Championships and at the Team World Championships of the same year. Due to these good results, she placed fourth in the national ranking at the end of the season.

After Plamondon had missed the winter of 2007/08 due to injuries and an illness, she started the Short Track World Cup in 2008/09 again with top 10 results, including an eighth place over 1500 meters. Also with the season she was third again.
