The Dortmund-Süd junction connects the Autobahn 45 ( Dortmund - Aschaffenburg ) and the federal highway 54 ( Gronau - Wiesbaden ). It has the shape of a cloverleaf, with the ramp coming from Dortmund (B 54) and going in the direction of Hagen (A 45) having a larger extension than the other ramps. The junction is located in the Wichlinghofen district of Dortmund .
The A 45 has six lanes at the junction, the B 54 four lanes.
