Dom Antão de Noronha (* 1520 in Portugal ; † 1569 ), was a Portuguese nobleman and 9th Viceroy of Portuguese India from 1564 to 1568.

Noronha was born the son of João de Noronha, the city commander of Ceuta , and was a nephew of Dom Afonso de Noronha , the 5th Viceroy of India. From 1550 he stayed as a soldier in India. He was later appointed city commander of Hormuz . In 1564 he was appointed viceroy. He defended Cannanore and Malacca against a major attack and organized the recapture of Mangalore .

On September 10, 1568, his successor Luís de Ataíde took over the office of viceroy. Antão de Noronha traveled for the Kingdom of Portugal on February 2, 1569, but died before his ship reached the Cape of Good Hope .
